Windows 7 Legacy support and more reliable installation

CompPulse Legacy x86 is available for Windows 7 SP1 on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
The installer and automatic startup flow were hardened for a smoother first launch.
Cloud and Local modes remain available during installation.
